Bureau Veritas Côte d'Ivoire group certified Top employer 2023

The Top Employer Institute is a recognized global authority that certifies excellence in human resources practices. Over the past 30 years, the program has certified and recognized 2,053 Top Employers in 121 countries across five continents.

With this distinction, Bureau Veritas Côte d'Ivoire maintains its position in the ranking of companies in Côte d'Ivoire that have achieved excellence in terms of working conditions for its employees.

It confirms the company's high level of commitment to human capital and a Human Resources (HR) culture that is resolutely focused on promoting a healthy and safe working environment, developing skills through training, and promoting professional mobility in line with needs.

The analysis took into account six human resources domains, comprising some 20 topics, corporate strategy, skills development, workplace well-being, as well as diversity and inclusion.
